VINTAGE

The 2008 growing season was not accompanied with a lot of rain. Small amounts of irrigated water was strategically applied, so that the fruit arrived at harvest with great mouth feel and intense fruit flavours.
The fruit was handpicked last week in February, before the record extreme heat wave of the 2008 Summer.
